de satisfaction clubs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Afin de toujours mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des clubs, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate de satisfaction* sur la r\u00e9alisation de leur <a title=\"vetement club\" href=\"https:\/\/www.poli.fr\">v\u00eatement club<\/a>.<br \/>\n372 clubs ont bien voulus r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 notre questionnaire et nous les en remercions.<br \/>\nCes r\u00e9sultats que nous partageons avec vous vont nous permettre de toujours mieux vous servir !<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>94,1%<\/strong> des clubs interrog\u00e9s sont<strong> satisfaits<\/strong> (53,8%) ou <strong>tr\u00e8s satisfaits<\/strong> (40,3%) des v\u00eatements Poli qu&rsquo;ils utilisent<\/li>\n<li><strong>90,8%<\/strong> des clubs interrog\u00e9s <strong>vont certainement <\/strong>(62,6%)<strong> ou probablement <\/strong>(28,2%)<strong> commander \u00e0 nouveau<\/strong> des v\u00eatements Poli<\/li>\n<li><strong>81,7%<\/strong> des clubs recommandent les produits Poli \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes ou clubs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pour les clubs, Poli c&rsquo;est :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: 34,4%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Des repr\u00e9sentants r\u00e9gionaux comp\u00e9tents dans la pr\u00e9sentation et le suivi 20,4%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de ses clients 12,1%<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>76,6%<\/strong> des clubs jugent la relation commerciale avec Poli identique (42,5%) ou meilleure (34,1%) que celle de la concurrence<\/li>\n<li><strong>83,1%<\/strong> jugent la qualit\u00e9 des v\u00eatements Poli identique (45,7%) ou meilleure (37,4%) que celle de la concurrence<\/li>\n<li><strong>75%<\/strong> jugent les prix des v\u00eatements Poli identiques (44,1%) ou meilleurs (30,9%) que ceux de la concurrence<\/li>\n<li><strong>66,4%<\/strong> jugent les d\u00e9lais de livraison Poli identiques (53,8%) ou meilleurs (12,6%) que ceux de la concurrence<\/li>\n<li><strong>92,2%<\/strong> des clubs interrog\u00e9s sont satisfaits (44,4%) ou tr\u00e8s
